On Monday 14th October, Ashley the facilitator from the Talent Foundry, visited Year 7 pupils who had an important insight into the world of work and the impact that technology is having on the workplace. They had the opportunity to think about how they would utilise the latest cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, problem-solving challenge based on real life KPMG client briefs. The pupils spent the morning working in groups to design a sustainable mobile phone and pitch their idea to the group. At the end of their session, Ashley said that the pupils worked hard on their collaboration and communication skills throughout the day and came up with some fantastic ideas.
